Please read these terms carefully

By creating an account or using the wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

01

Using the Wallet

The wallet is a web based service designed to help users manage supported digital assets. Users can view balances, send and receive cryptocurrencies, swap supported assets and check live market prices.

Some features may require account verification or additional security checks. Certain services may also be unavailable in some countries.

02

Account Information

Users are expected to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or completing any required verification process.

Account information should remain up to date. Users are responsible for protecting their login details and should not allow unauthorized persons to access their accounts.

If account information changes, users should update it through the available account settings or contact the wallet's support team.

03

Supported Assets and Networks

The wallet supports selected digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT, USDC, PYUSD, MUSD and other assets made available through the wallet.

Supported networks may include Bitcoin, Lightning Network, ERC 20, BEP 20, Solana, Base, TRC 20 and other networks displayed within the wallet.

Available assets and networks may change as the wallet develops. Users must always select the correct cryptocurrency and network before making a transaction.

Different assets may use different networks, and not every asset is supported on every network.

04

Sending and Receiving

The wallet allows users to send and receive supported digital assets.

Before confirming a transaction, users should carefully verify the recipient address, amount, cryptocurrency and selected network.

Some transactions may also require a memo, tag or other additional information.

Once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, it may not be possible to cancel or reverse it. Users should contact support if they notice an issue with a transaction.

05

Swapping Digital Assets

The wallet may allow users to exchange one supported digital asset for another through its available swap functionality.

Swap rates and available amounts may change according to market conditions and available liquidity.

The final amount received may differ from the amount displayed before confirmation.

Any applicable fees will be shown during the transaction process before confirmation.

06

Market Prices

The wallet displays live or near live market prices for supported digital assets.

Market prices can change quickly and may differ between exchanges and market data providers.

Displayed prices are provided for informational purposes and may not always represent the exact price available when a transaction or swap is completed.

07

Transaction History

Users can review their transaction history through the wallet.

Transaction details may include the date, amount, asset, network, transaction ID and current status.

A transaction may remain pending while the blockchain or payment network processes it.

Transaction information may be updated as new blockchain confirmations or other relevant information become available.

08

Fees

Certain services may involve network fees, swap fees or other applicable charges.

Fees may vary depending on the asset, network, transaction amount and current network conditions.

Any applicable fees will be displayed before a transaction is confirmed.

09

Account Security

The wallet may provide security features such as two factor authentication and other account protection tools.

Users are responsible for keeping their passwords, authentication codes and recovery information secure.

Users must never share their secret phrase, private keys or authentication codes with anyone.

The wallet's support team will never ask users to provide a secret phrase or private keys.

10

Secret Phrase and Recovery Information

Where a secret phrase or recovery phrase is provided, it is an important part of wallet access and recovery.

Users must store recovery information securely and must never share it with another person.

If recovery information is lost, exposed or compromised, access to digital assets may be affected.

The wallet cannot guarantee recovery of a wallet when the required recovery information is unavailable.

11

Identity Verification

The wallet requires users to complete KYC verification after creating an account and before accessing services that require identity verification.

Users are responsible for completing the required verification process and providing accurate information when requested.

Until KYC verification is successfully completed, access to services that require verification may remain restricted.

If a user continues to use the wallet without completing the required verification, the wallet may limit or restrict access to certain services until the verification process has been completed.

12

International Services

The wallet may be used by customers in different countries.

The availability of certain services may depend on the user's location and applicable legal requirements.

Users are responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply to their use of the wallet.

13

Prohibited Use

The wallet must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the wallet, its security systems or its services.

The wallet may restrict access where necessary to protect users, maintain security or comply with applicable legal requirements.

14

Service Availability

The wallet aims to provide reliable access to its services.

However, certain features may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, technical issues or other circumstances.

Service availability may also depend on blockchain networks and third party services used by the wallet.

15

Account Suspension

Access to an account may be restricted or suspended when necessary for security, verification, legal compliance or other legitimate reasons.

Where appropriate, users may be asked to provide additional information or complete a security review before access is restored.

16

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the wallet's Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for account management, verification, security, customer support and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

17

Changes to the Wallet

The wallet may add, remove or modify features, supported assets, networks and services as the platform develops.

Users will be informed of important changes where required.

18

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the wallet, its services or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be made available through the wallet.

Continued use of the wallet after an update means that the updated terms apply.

19

Contact and Support

Users can contact the wallet's support team through the official support channels available on the website.

Support may request information that is reasonably necessary to review an account or transaction.

Users should only use official support channels and must never share their secret phrase or private keys with anyone.

20

Agreement

By using the wallet, users confirm that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to follow them.

These terms apply to all services provided through the wallet unless separate terms are presented for a particular service.

Your agreement

By creating an account or continuing to use the wallet, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the applicable rules described above.
